- Every month you will receive a new Chain or Chain and Pair of Earrings (depending on your choice of subscription), as long as you are subscribed. You can cancel anytime, there are no cancellation fees.

How Do I Sign-Up?
- Choose Your Subscription Plan (Chain Subscription or Chain & Earring Subscription)
- Add to Cart, View Cart and Pay for Your Purchase.
- An e-mail will be sent to you with confirmation of your purchase.
- Its that simple! You will begin your subscription immediately and your first package will be shipped out within 24-48 hours! (you will be emailed a tracking number, so you will know when your first jewelry package will be arriving to your door)

When will my next month be billed and shipped out?

We pre-select the hottest trending styles in jewelry and pass them on to you, our loyal members. This is how you are able to save substantially every month. Every package is unique! If I purchase a single purchase item, will I ever receive it in my subscription service?
- Yes, if you purchase a single item you may receive that item in your subscription service.
Do I get to keep my jewelry?
- Yes, if you subscribe to our monthly service or make a single purchase, all jewelry is yours to keep.
Am I locked into a subscription?
- You can cancel at anytime. There are no penalties or fees associated with canceling your subscription.
How will my jewelry be shipped?
- We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I manage my subscription account? (once you become a member)
- After you have signed up for our subscription services, you will have full access over your account. We make it easy as a member to have full control at all times.
Create an account using the same email you made your purchase with.
- Once you Create an account you will receive an email.
- Follow the instructions in your email to set up your account.
- Once you are able to login to your account you will be able to manage your subscription and control the following:
- View/Update Card
- Update Address
- Update Shipping Method
- Ship Now
- Update Orders
- Product (Qty)
- Add Product to Subscription
- Delete Order / Cancel Subscription
